Saturday, September 28, at 6:00 p.m. – Our church hosted the 50th anniversary celebration of the Evangelical Center for Biblical Studies (CEEB, in Spanish) and the start of the 2019-2020 course. First, Pedro Pérez, vice president of the CEEB, reviewed the story of the Center. The musical participation was in charge of the Coral Ictus, from La Torrassa Evangelical Church. CLIE publishing company gave all the teachers the book Mártires por la fe. Historia de los hugonotes (Martyrs for the Faith. History of the Huguenots), written by Félix Benlliure, descendant of Huguenots. Daniel Rodríguez, representing the Federation of Religious Entities of Spain (FEREDE, in Spanish), greeted and congratulated the staff of the CEEB for their work. Pedro Puigvert, president of the CEEB, finished the act by preaching a message of God’s Word to the attendees. At the end of the ceremony, a snack was served on the terrace on the second floor of the building.
